Thumbnails

I start my process with lost of Thumbnails! Most Digital but sometimes traditionally with sticky notes and a pen. Ideating is such an important part of my process as it helps me to unleash all the ideas and possibilities without committing to one idea just yet.

Roughs/ Linearts

One the sketches have been established I bring the illustrations to scale. Sometimes this means lineart, flat colors, or even base of shapes blocked out for paintings. Some projects run in Multi-file formats for ease editing for digital and print distributions.

Digital Illustrations for Sticker Print Process

After sketching out the initial designs, I fully render the stickers and leave them transparent in order to easily customize potential borders and bleed.

Once all illustrations are completed each of the stickers get individually processed for their own borders and bleeds for cutting

Current Tools used: Epson XP-15000 and Juliet Siser cutting machine w/ Leonard Design Software

After printing and cutting the designs out the sticker Illustrations are laminated and cute using the siser cutting machine. The final results are kiss cut stickers!
